We work with our clients to create a customized security procedures program designed specifically for each location. The plan is reviewed and approved by our clients prior to implementation. Ongoing communication with the client ensures that our services always meet their needs and requirements.
Supervisory personnel perform regular site inspections. In addition, random inspections of security officers and their activities are made to assure the maintenance of a high state of readiness and performance. Supervisors are on patrol 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They check sites and when possible speak with the clients for any comments.

Armed and Unarmed Uniformed Security Officers
The field security officer is the foundation of any security agency, and at Alpha-Centurion Security, Inc., we make sure we recruit, select and retain only the most qualified applicants. On average, less than eight percent of all applicants successfully pass our initial screening process, a thorough background check which includes fingerprinting and drug screening. Officers then receive an extensive 8 hour training program and instruction on our company policies and procedures. These policies and procedures are written solely to provide for the needs of our clients and maintain staff discipline. Finally, upon acceptance, each officer is issued a full navy blue uniform equipped with silver or gold accruement.
At the outset of all new contracts, the security officers that are assigned to that location, along with their direct supervisor, are introduced to the client. At the request of the client, Alpha-Centurion Security, Inc. will prepare post orders specifically designed to meet the client's security needs. It is key for both our officers and direct supervisors to become proficient in performing the post orders according to the client's requirements. It is the policy of Alpha-Centurion Security, Inc. that the client will always have the option to reject, for legitimate reason, any officer assigned to their location. Alpha-Centurion Security, Inc. will make every effort to replace the officer in a timely manner and to the complete satisfaction of the client.

Armed Supervisors

The second and often most critical element of providing professional security services is direct supervision. Alpha-Centurion Security, Inc. promotes armed supervisors from within our ranks based on their training, skills, maturity, leadership and professionalism. Alpha-Centurion Security, Inc. maintains direct security supervision twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Armed supervisory officers serve as the critical communication and implementation link between the security force, the company, and the client. Our armed supervisory officers are available to our management, clients, and the security officers under command. In addition, our armed supervisory officers are supported from corporate headquarters seven days a week by security dispatchers and administrative personnel.

In addition, all armed supervisory officers in marked patrol vehicles are required to conduct unannounced spot inspections at all clients sites on a daily basis. Spot inspections are designed to maintain our high standards by continually evaluating security officers for neatness, alertness, overall job performance, and full compliance with post orders. Alpha-Centurion Security, Inc. supervisory officers also coordinate with the General Managers on a daily basis to insure that post orders are updated as required, special orders are posted, understood, and complied with, and that each security officer's job effectiveness is maintained.

Patrol
Alpha-Centurion Security, Inc. has 21 security patrol vehicles. All vehicles are marked and have emergency lighting. Supervisors use only marked patrol vehicles when checking a site. Other vehicles are used to patrol a clients property or used at a stationary post.
